Legal form and shareholders
trasse.ch is a not-for-profit company. All four shareholders - SBB, BLS, SOB and VöV - have the same minority shareholding and the same voting rights.
The Board
The Board is composed of the Chairman, Urs Hany, and one representative of each shareholder. To guarantee independence, board members nominated by the railways may come neither from the traffic departments nor the senior management of railways which apply to us for train paths.
Staff
The organisation employs ten staff members. Most of our specialists learned the skills necessary for their jobs through earlier employment in various railways.
Finance
trasse.ch covers its costs by making a charge to the infrastructure managers on whose networks it allocates train paths.
