Shareholders and Board of Directors
trasse.ch is a legally independent wholly owned subsidiary of the three railway companies SBB, BLS and SOB together with the Swiss Public Transport Operators’ Association VöV. Each of the four shareholders owns a quarter of the capital.
The Board of Directors is composed of the following five members:
