Standard train paths for the 2019 annual timetable will be allocated on the basis of the 2019 NUP. The rules for dealing with conflicts between path applications are contained in the Railway Act (Art. 9b EBG), the Track Access Ordinance (Art. 12c NZV) and the BAV Track Access Ordinance (NZV-BAV), as well as in the Network Statements for the 2019 Annual Timetable.
The NUP 2021 and 2024 reflect the current state of planning for these timetable years. In accordance with the legal bases, they will be revised again before they are applied in the train path allocation process and may therefore be subject to further adjustments.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the path allocation process based on the NUP.
